What we help with
- Going through your IRP cards and trips abroad with you, and entering them in the official ISD residence calculator.
- A list of the proofs of identity and address you need for each year, and checking that you have enough.
- Checking that copies, certifications and translations are in order.
- Checking your application form for missing or inconsistent details before you send it.
What we don’t do
- Legal advice of any kind, including about good character, convictions or your immigration history.
- Acting for you with Immigration Service Delivery. You apply and sign everything yourself.
- Deciding whether you qualify. Only Immigration Service Delivery decides that.
